At Revitalize Psychiatry, we provide comprehensive psychiatric services focused on medication management for individuals ages 12 and older across North Carolina. Our goal is to offer compassionate, individualized care, helping you achieve mental wellness with the support you need.
We specialize in medication management to help you effectively manage mental health conditions. Whether you are starting new medication or adjusting an existing regimen, we take the time to understand your unique needs and tailor treatment to support your well-being. Our services are designed to guide you through every step of your medication journey, from initial assessment to ongoing support.
A thorough psychiatric evaluation is the first step in understanding your mental health and determining the most appropriate medication options. During the evaluation, we’ll explore your symptoms, history, and goals to develop a personalized treatment plan that suits your needs.

We offer telehealth and in person appointments
Payment
For clients not using insurance:
Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (60 minutes) : $285
Standard follow up appointment (30 minutes) : $150
Other:
“No Show” appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged $75.
Refill requests -Since clients are always given enough medication to get them to their next appointment. There is a fee of $10.00 for refills requested outside of our office visits.
Paperwork- A fee of $25-$50/per page to complete the requested paperwork. This fee is always discussed in advance.
After hours calls: $100 per 10 minute increment.
For clients with Out-of-Network benefits we will provide a receipt for services rendered that you may file with your insurance company for reimbursement.
All fees are due at time of service.
Accepted forms of payment include credit card.
We do not take Medicaid.
